hard to belive - my G4 built a working inkscape-aqua.app.
Ok, cooooool. I will test this soon and file further bug reports.
Please keep in mind that 'gtk-osx' related bugs need to be filed upstream as well - they cannot be solved in Inkscape.
JiHO - do you know how best to handle and triage these reports when they are filed against Inkscape? Currently they get the additional tag 'gtk-osx' if the issue seems limited to the native GTK+ port used for the aqua builds.

Ok thanks guys,
I spent now one and a half day looking for a possibility to get a at least testable version of inkscape with native gtk on OsX 10.5. I failed, since there is obviously a lot to do to get a proper native gtk2 on osx. I'm just a graphic designer and so I don't have any ideas what to contribute when it doesn't even get to the point where the programm is running. I should properbly stick to the x_11 version and file bugs on that until the guys of the gtk-osx port have put hugh effort in their piece for getting inkscape native on OsX
cheers so far
