I see as something strange that the in fact really tavmjong appears in the help menu.
1. i still can see no licence on the pages 2. we have a wip in the repository.
i don't see any advantages in keeping up2date two different documentation that have *nearly* the same approach. I have several time introduce contributor to the user_manual branch so i have to know what the real status of it before continuing to tell people working on it, especially for translations.
