I disagree. I *never* need to link to an SVG file, and would like to

save that click on import.
It's not a huge thing, that additional box - and it could almost just
be
copied over from that other dialog (plus the preferences option -
although maybe it would make sense to summarize all those 'don't ask
again' things into one option? I've seen other programs do this.).
Couldn't you please add it?
