[Inkscape-devel] Compile Inkscape - Problem Link DLL and .lib file

Hi

I got a DLL and its .lib file that expose some functions. I need to use those functions to customize Inkscape.

My question is, how do I configure build.xml so that compiler will link the .lib file?
