Why? Points are only created upon the first click where pressing Ctrl doesn't make sense anyway because it doesn't have any effect.
When I draw something with Ctrl, I usually just hold it pressed all the time, not only press when I need to constrain something. It's much easier this way, but dots are then really getting in the way.
