[Inkscape-devel] dialog titles

I removed duplication of dialog titles - now they are taken from the corresponding verb and are thus the same as the commands that open them. While at it, I also added the dialog's shortcut automatically added in parentheses. Press ctrl-shift-f to see an example. I think this is good for usability, as the user gets a clue at once what to press to bring the focus to a dialog, and next time he's likely to remember to use the shortcut to open it. Any comments?
