[Inkscape-devel] FINK + MAC OS X + INKSCAPE

Hello all,

I had a chat with FINK developers (http://fink.sf.net) about our new dependencies. Here is what they said about gtkmm 2.4 which is in their unstable:

(05:06:19) dmacks: "unstable" is actually quite stable, it's just users are typically too lazy to send positive feedback to let us know it works right. (05:06:53) dmacks: unstable + positive-feedback --> stable; stable in the next week or so --> in the next bindist.

So, our OS X users/developers should use the unstable packages and give feedback to help push these packages into stable. Also, I hopefully convinced them to push to stable quicker.

Also, for those wanting Boehm: search for gc
