[Inkscape-devel] Live effect preview

Thanks for adding the checkbutton Ted! But still, (all) effects crash for me on WinXP. Now that I have checked the "live preview" box, I get instant crashes when opening any effect dialog. So I cannot even uncheck the box to make inkscape work :( Could you perhaps add a #define to disable live preview on windows until it works?

Does this crash for all Windows users? Or only for me?
