
Sorry I committed stuff to svn. From the dev mails, it wasn't clear to me that *all* of svn is locked.
Perhaps an svn-lock on the whole tree is a good solution? Then it's clear Inkscape moved to a different system. Or simply disabling all svn users, as we won't be using it anyway anymore.

Sorry to yell... but seriously people, everyone needs to be patient. We are switching to a dvcs as mentioned numerous times. If we need to disable offending committers on SF SVN to get people to adhere to this, so be it, but I would rather avoid that.
As mentioned a few times now, a notice will be sent to the devel list when trunk re-opens for development. No such notice has been sent. Please make no further changes until a notice is sent out. Again, we are sorry about the delay in this transition to bazaar but there is a desire to do a few things in a more friendly way if at all possible.
Ted, will these commits affect anything negatively? (I can't imagine so, but I figured I would ask)
