[Inkscape-devel] Merge my branch into trunk

I have just merged my branch back into trunk. Most of SPCurve's methods are also correct for the 2geom path in it, so one could start using get_pathv instead of get_bpath to get path data. If you want to do testing for me, please comment out this line in /src/display/curve.cpp:

#define NO_CHECKS (put comment // in front)

This enables the checking I have coded at the end of those functions to check whether there is a difference between the NArtBpath repr and PathVector repr.

Because of this "doubling" of path operations, things will be slower, but I didn't notice a huge set back. The doubling will be removed when it works 100% okay, so no worries!
