maybe related to this: I am not able to create new issues for the "inkscape" project.
When visiting https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape/issues/new I get "404 - The page could not be found or you don't have permission to view it.".
Creating issues for other projects (e.g. lib2geom) seems to work.
I am regularly logged in to gitlab and I don't have special permissions for any Inkscape repository on gitlab.
