Hi guys,

did anyone find the time to merge my patch into trunk? If not, would it be possible for me to get access to trunk? Since the last merge of my branch had far more than three commits, I think I would be eligible for that. I do have some other changes for improving the build on MSYS shells and having to ask for small patches being merged by someone just slows down the whole process quite a bit.

Hi guys,

figured out that it was my anti-virus blocking the creation of the file.
The attached patch actually works in a different directory. It provides the
inkscape.com binary and the missing license texts in the install directory.
The build output should now be feature-equal to btool.
