I believe they're talking about using a cell phone number as a service. The Inkscape Gemini idea isn't bad, but I am skeptical of it. More maintenance, but there's money involved with Krita Gemini. Krita development is accelerated by revenues from Krita
Gemini. I believe it's partly how Krita gotten far ahead of GIMP in terms of features and so on in a short amount of time, and how they're getting far closer to Photoshop than GIMP, but already surpassed Photoshop in some areas. Krita 4 new direction is photomanipulation,
and that tells a lot about the development of Krita since it's very polished as a painting app.
