[Inkscape-devel] VERSION and INKSCAPE_VERSION

Hi,

verbalshadow and I were looking at config.h and inkscape_version.h. Could we reduce our generated files by 1 and remove inkscape_version.h? It seems redundant.

It only defines INKSCAPE_VERSION , rather than VERSION, and is used by aboutdialog.cpp.

Can we move this to config.h like everyone else does? ^^
