[Inkscape-devel] comma bug

Hi, looks like a bug to me but I'd like to get some comments before reporting. When I add a drop shadow in my de locale environment on XP even after setting inkscape up to use en the stdDeviation and colorMatrix alpha values are set with comma instead of dot. This causes firefox not to display the object any more.
