Launchpad is a prety complex application (CMS based) - so the restricted acces to specific groups. should be a matter of... checking some boxes on rights administration panel - but all in all Launchpad translate it's a great tool, has helpers, suggestions, you can ask for revisions if you are now sure for something - I just start to use Launchpad for translation (on few projects - one of them being Miro).
