
SourceForge has a project registered for putting bugs/rfe's about SourceForge itself - I think it's called 'Alexandria'. It's hard to find the link from the homepage but it's there. You could try that perhaps.

Very often (nowadays in about half of all cases) our translators (don't know about other contributors) fail to actually attach the patch file when sending a patch through the Tracker. Since so many people are making this mistake, it is probably SF's fault instead. My question is: could we do something about this, maybe make SF improve the interface or at least make them inform the contributor more aggressively about what needs to be done to actually upload the file?
