[Inkscape-devel] 0.38 Release Status

Here's the status of packages for the 0.38 release:

* (DONE) Signed tarball * (DONE) Debian packages (i386 & PPC) * (DONE) Two RPM-based distros * Win32 EXE's

As soon as someone has binaries for the Win32 version, we can go ahead with the official announcement.
