Hi Inkscape team!
We need one person per team to act as a coordinator to gather the names and needs of the Inkscape people going to LMG this year.
The task is simple, yet it takes someone who has time to do it.
1st round : gather the names and approximate cost for travel to Wroclaw (transport only, economic) and put that on a calc sheet. Send it to kamila giedrojc at gmail.com and cc to me.
2nd round : gather the names and real costs as we are approaching the LGM and also help get the complete banking info and full name and address of participants.
The sooner the better. This helps us have a fair idea of the total needs for this year's LGM.
So who will that be this year is up to you guys! Please find out asap and let us know who that person will be!
