[Inkscape-devel] Inkscape0710230156 crash on start

Today's Inkscape0710230156 crashes on start and shows an error (see screenshot attached). Last build (from October 18) works ok.

WinXP sp2 I will test latest Inkscape0710231722.7z and report.
