Hi, all,
I uploaded another copy of the Win32 libs for the build. This one has xmlparse.dll and libtiff3.dll added, and some unnecessary files removed. It is here: http://inkscape.org/win32/
It is 7-zipped to reduce the size. 24mb is much nicer than 52.
I added some lines to the 'dist' target of Makefile.mingw to use these files.
