This shows three scenarios where the user chooses:
px
in
mm

As you can see, the Page Size box populates based on the units chosen to show sizes marked that are measured in the unit chosen.

The logic is that the user already knows what template they want to work in, and what the units are, so based on the units, we can show the options that are relevant to the units chosen, and filter the others out.

This saves having to endlessly scroll through print document sizes when the user is working in pixels (includes web and video templates).
It also acts as a filter based on print region, because no one is going to choose to work in inches and choose an A4 document template.
If you are working in inches, you'll want the US paper sizes at the top of the list.

Also note that I've gotten rid of the massive spaces between the options, so you can see more options without having to use the fiddly little scrollbar at the side of the page size box.
