Modifying main page seems to require special permissions. You can
create new pages, though. Just search for the page name you want.

AFAIK the preferred form of the name would be "Using Eclipse"

  

(2) I'm hoping images can be uploaded directly to the wiki (for 
screenshots).  If not, then let me know what most people do to get 
around this.
    

At the bottom of the left sidebar, there is a link to image upload.

And while I am at it, I'll mention the Filter Effects page in wiki: it
propably should be linked to someplace logical, so that it would be
simple to find. I just don't quite know where :P
