[Inkscape-devel] pixmap replacements

I finally got around to importing Andreas Nilsson's new icons (I tweaked them a little and added some more that I made), and fixing the code to load them. It's great! :)

Andreas, can you re-examine the XML editor icons -- I sent some comments about them a while back.

As far as David's whole-replacements, I've got a fall-back icon path preference thingy in the works, so hopefully we'll be able to give a list of files to go searching for icons through. :)

Here's the list of pixmaps still needing to be replaced:
