[Inkscape-devel] File dialog changes

I just committed the first of a few changes to the file dialogs.

Round one here gets rid of the "Append filename extension automatically" checkbox and instead updates the extension live in the dialog.

Give it a spin and see how it works.

A few more will come in later.
