Didn't know this before. Yemanja say there was a good brasilian wiki about inkscape. She has the project to do another in french, with same spirit :

There are cool SVG (galeria section), some nice tutorials (screenshot should be enough for people knowing inkscape but that doesn't understand portuguese).
