Okay, I'll ask Martin for final approval, then ask Lara for these times today:
- There is one hour between the Parallel Sessions 13.00 and the 15.00 break that could fit (two hours if we miss this parallel sessions) - Between the Lightning Talks at 16.40 and 18.00 future of LGM.
Do we want it just Saturday, or multiple days?
Here is a link to the schedule, for convenience: http://libregraphicsmeeting.org/2016/wp/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/LGM2016pr...
Lemme know. :)

Sounds good to me! I'll wait until the end of the day to see who else responds. I don't think a 2 hour window is going to put a cramp in anyone's style as far as the room is concerned. I would however like to confirm that there is interest enough in participation before I bug Lara. :)
Thanks!

Hi,
Thanks a lot for taking the time to help!
I think it would be enough 1 hour for a small presentation- conversation to see if we all agree on how can we contribute. We could have more conversations, if needed, during the event. Maybe booking two hours to ensure that we have plenty time but setting a 1h meeting?
About the days, we are flexible with times so depends on who wants to participate in the meeting and their schedules. Inkscape dev team at LGM will be probably more busy so we could adapt better. As a tentative, on Saturday there are some slots that can be useful:
- There is one hour between the Parallel Sessions 13.00 and the
15.00 break that could fit (two hours if we miss this parallel sessions)
- Between the Lightning Talks at 16.40 and 18.00 future of LGM.
What do you think? Thanks again C!

I spoke to Lara, and there is one room that is not currently booked. We will have to get back to her quickly if we want to reserve it, though.
She has asked for days and times we want to use it for Inkscape discussions, so we need to make a decision fast. :)

If you think there is plenty time for a talk about this in the LGM and
there are meeting rooms as C said, i think it will be enough to meet in London, and maybe in the future we can be part of the hackfest as an interface team. :)
C, could we book a meeting room at LGM for this?
Hi, sorry for the late response, it's been absolutely mad trying to prep for the event. I will pass along the question to Laura, my contact at the University.
How long would we like to book for, and on which days?
Thanks. :)

Thanks!
