yes, there's been a failed upgrade attempt to the MediaWiki, due to a bug and restrictions of the server system it's running on.
Last I heard is that Eternal Tyro is working on restoring it and making a copy on a virtual machine / container to be able to upgrade independently of the server's software. After that, I understand the plan seems to be to let OSUOSL manage the Wiki server, moving it again.
No ETA, though.
