Mozilla defaults to japanese for that link - is there a way to force KOI8-R, or perhaps unicode?
Just use View > Encoding > Auto-detect > Rusian and Mozilla will currectly show pages in any Russian encodings (provided you have Cyrillic fonts). Of course it would be nice to specify correct encoding for that page explicitly, but I don't know how to do that for one Wiki page (without affecting other pages).
