One of the first tasks needed in the lead-up to the 0.41 release is to go through the new bugs in the bug tracker and prioritize them.
This is a straightforward task, and takes one evening to do. I usually tackle this myself but since I've been rather busy with gtkmm lately, I'd love to encourage someone else to take it on.
The new bugs are the ones that are listed at Priority '5'. The task is read them and then change their priority to 3/6/9 depending on if they are low/med/high. High priority bugs are those that cause data loss or application crash.
In addition, if the bug reports are too terse I try to add a note requesting more info. If it looks easy to reproduce and I have some extra time, I sometimes give it a shot and comment if I see the problem too.
That's pretty much it. If you'd like to help with this task let me know, and I'll set your admin privs for the bug tracker so you can do this.
