I've just added a new report: bug #1166184 "XAML export not compatible with Silverlight" (https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1166184). I'll take a look as soon as possible. Note that you can still use the old XAML code. Just copy the file from http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~inkscape.dev/inkscape/RELEASE_0_47_BRANCH/downl... to the share/extensions folder of your Inkscape installation.
