Does the OS X build require GUI applications?  If not, a transcript of
the command lines issued would be more instructive, at least from my
perspective.  With video instructions one must carefully work through
the presentation being careful not to skip a step, and always with the
possibility of misunderstanding some verbal instruction.  With the
script, it is just cut and paste, or possibly "global replace a location
variable or two" and then cut and paste.
