[Inkscape-devel] Development Project Management System GSOC 2016

Hey,

I'm Manipal Singh junior year student from IIIT hyderabad and I want to contribute to Inkscape gsoc 2016 project, some of them are very interesting. I would like to seek some more information regarding the project "Development Project Management System" that seems pretty interesting to me as I have good knowledge of C++, CSS, Python and Django. Do we just need to create web app for ideas of development projects and enhance existing Project UI? Also I would like to know about the existing project.
