[Inkscape-devel] Recent change to SVG parsing

Recently there was a change to SVG parsing in lib2geom, so that arc segments that end less that EPSILON (1e-5) units from where they begin are ignored. However, this threshold is completely arbitrary and there is no way to change it. I think this should either be changed to strict equality, or there should be a way to set this threshold (in Inkscape, it should be dependent on the numeric precision of XML output).
