It's pleasant to read and reassuring to newcomers as well.
Love the Halo over Inky, btw.

Well done folks!

The Inkscape Board has approved a Code of Conduct for the Inkscape
project, which is now available on our website thanks to the web team.
Please take a moment to review:

We're establishing the CoC as a good practice, not as a result of any
incident.  The Inkscape community has always striven to be inclusive,
polite, and fair, and the CoC is an intent to help cement these good
values for future community members.  This community has also had a
strength of resolving issues internally, and hopefully that tradition
will continue to be strong.

But if issues do arise, Krzysztof Kosiński has volunteered to be the
contact point for things needing escalated, and his email is included in
at the end of the CoC.  You can also escalate issues to the Board
through any standing board member, if needed.
