I honestly do not see any trolling here. It's a valid concern. I
personally do not care much about how we mark bugs, so long as it's
consistent, but I do understand how our current system may look
slightly weird. I think everyone who cares about this part of the
project should make an effort to discuss it in a civil and productive
manner.

Agreed, I also think the way launchpad tags stuff doesnt fit particularly well with the way we do our process, but understand how we do it.
I personally still dont like that RFEs are bugs with an importance of wishlist. If your going to leave them as bugs then wishlist should be a status, not an importance, as you then rule out being able to rank RFEs, which kinda sucks.
