An open source project is not a professional project delivery company. There are companies and there are people who do professional programming here, but this channel is not the place to discuss the details of such business.
If you have had no programmers or companies emailing you privately with offers, then you will have to find a company from the wider pool of open source companies.
As such this email list for talking about Inkscape development and while I enjoy seeing the odd commercial venture invitation, the further discussion should quickly move off this list until time to talk about actual code changes.
