Hi,
As the latest nightly build break shows, I'm not plugged into Inkscape development enough to keep the specfiles accurate. In particular the packages broke because I was still trying to copy the lib directory which no longer exists.
Maintaining these specfiles is trivial. If somebody wanted to take them over I'd be happy to help and also happy to continue running the nightly build system.
If anybody is interested please let me know.
