[Inkscape-devel] updates: 2geom in submodule

Hi all,

I've merged quite a few updates today, including the use of c++17 as per the previous discussion (thanks Linkmauve), and the change of 2geom inclusion to a submodule (Thanks Sergei Izmailov).

So you're likely to get a CMake error on your next compile, which should be solved with a "git submodule init; git submodule update;"
