[Inkscape-devel] SPView moved to src/ui/view/

I've moved the view.* code into src/ui/view/. Eventually svg-view* and all of the *desktop* stuff will move into this subdir as well. I checked compilation and that inkscape runs, but it's possible this change will cause breakage somewhere, so please keep an eye out.
