I've started to put screenshots of illustrator 10 on my own personal website.

I have a few of Adobe Illustrator and Jasc Web Draw screenshots lying around and the rest of my screenshots are from non vector graphics applictions but may still occasionally provide useful ideas so I'll try and put them up soon.
