[Inkscape-devel] Stable group in patch tracker

Hello, I've added a group called Stable in the patch tracker to mark those patches only meant for the stable branch. Mostly, this will be used by people proposing backports to the stable maintainer/s, i.e. changes already applied to HEAD.
