Cool! Can you post a patch when you've worked out all the issues? I would consider not working on MacOSX a bug.

You can see that some of the icons appear to be loading in a corrupted fashion. This could be related to my cvs checkout ( done anon ) or perhaps the files needed for these icons simply aren't present. I can't say for sure.
Nah, this happens for me too. You just need to install inkscape.
