I have heard only good things about FOSDEM and thinking about attending it myself next year for my first time (non Inkscape stuff) but it's all up in the air due to current work situation.

I never went to FOSDEM but this is very close to my home… and I have so few money to travel… :-)
On the other hand I was in LGM in Brussels in 2010 and that's a wonderful souvenir !!!

While not absolutely necessary, it might be useful to couple it with a conference as we did last year with LGM. LGM will be in London this year[1] (April 15-18) and that is certainly a possibility but we also would like to look at other conferences. Does anybody have suggestions for other conferences that would be appealing to Inkscapers? Other conferences mentioned include FOSDEM[2], SCALE[3] and OSBridge[4].
