[Inkscape-devel] removing trivial inline functions

I submitted some patches that remove some of the trivial inline functions as stated in the InkscapeJanitors wiki section.

For some reason one was submitted multiple times. It seems that after submitting a patch, if I refresh the screen, it submits the patch again. :/

Anyway, I hope I'm on the right track with the patches. I do have or had cvs access, but I've been away from c++ for a long time and figured I'd go the patch route so that a second set of eyes on the patches. inkscape compiled and seemed to work properly for me after the changes.
