[Inkscape-devel] uniconv conversion from .cdr on Windows XP

has anyone been able to successfully use the python utility uniconv to do a conversion on a win32 machine from .cdr to .svg, preferably from a DOS prompt, since that is easier? I can do a successful conversion from .svg to .svg in DOS, but that is not very interesting.
