[Inkscape-devel] another id change

I've just comitted another tweak whereby non-elements (e.g. text or comment nodes) are no longer assigned IDs.

By the way ... I just noticed we're still putting 2004 in the ChangeLog... it's 2005 now, people! ^_-

(I went and fixed the dates)
