[Inkscape-devel] Minor export issue - rendering fine lines

I used this tutorial for creating hair in a recent image, http://www.grafikdesign-chris.de/Tutorials/Hairs.html, and found when I exported the image using 0.46 some of the streaks of hair were not drawn.

The left image is 0.45 and the right is 0.46.

It was a bit of a bother because 0.46 had trouble rendering the hair whilst 0.45 failed to draw other objects and I had to merge the differences in Photoshop :)

If it would help to identify the issue I can provide the SVG.
