Additionally you tend to call problems "absurdly high" when that is a very subjective term. I believe that this has even been addressed specifically before.
Moving a command to a different place, therefore increasing the number of clicks needed to execute it by 1, is not even remotely comparable in severity to flowed text not being SVG compliant; hence "absurd".
I wrote a long rationale why the prefs bug was not critical and probably not even a bug, but I consider further discussion of this to be pointless and unproductive, so I will refrain from posting it (unless somebody else is interested, but I doubt it)
