[Inkscape-devel] "closing a segment now remains snapped"

(i.e. ctrl now works properly to restrict line directions in the pen tool)

This was personally annoying me - thanks a lot for the fix! Now we finally have a plain and easy answer to the FAQ "How to create a horizontal/vertical line" (this is not the only way to do that, but it's the most straightforward).
